Dr. Cohen added, "The money is apportioned to students as to the amount actually paid by the student towards the tuition of each program. The funds are provided from operational set asides from BCI and are not repaid, provided the student complete the program. The school will not provide matching funds for Title IV loans or grants.
"In addition to the matching funds program, BCI provides in which the student has access to no-interest payment plans for financing their education. BCI has no limit to the number of students taking advantage of this program.
"For those students eligible for Title IV Department of Education funds, BCI will process financial aid materials to maximize access to government grants and loans," he concluded.
