Conzzeta AG / Mammut Sports Group to sell Toko activities processed and transmitted by Hugin AS. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.
Zurich, 11 August 2010. - Mammut Sports Group, the Sporting Goods business unit
of Conzzeta Group, is to sell the business activities of Toko, which is
specialized in ski wax and care products, to the Norwegian company Swix Sport
AS, with effect from September 1, 2010.
The divestment of the Toko product line is part of a move to focus the Sporting
Goods business unit on the Mammut brand. The main reasons for the sale are the
rapid growth of Mammut as well as their focus on the international expansion.
Toko generates roughly 5% of the business unit's annual revenues. Swix intends
to continue running Toko from its Alstätten site. Toko was acquired by Conzzeta
AG in 1993.
