(Munich, 11th August 2010) Interhyp AG, Germany's largest residential mortgage
broker, continues its significant growth in the second quarter: The closed
mortgage volume grew by 26 percent to a record high of 1.681 billion Euros (Q2
2009: EUR 1.337 billion). This corresponds with 10,754 closed mortgages and
therewith a plus of 15 percent against the second quarter 2009 (9,378). Net
revenues rose by 31.6 percent to 18.9 million Euros (Q2 2009: EUR 14.4 million).
Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) grew to 3.9 million (Q2 2009: EUR 0.7
million), net income was at 2.5 million Euros (Q2 2009: EUR 0.5 million). The
cumulated mortgage volume for the first half of 2010 with 3.021 billion Euros
marked a record high, too.

model impressively: With the offerings of far more than 250 lenders on our
platform and a clear focus on our core competence mortgage consulting we have
the best chances, to use and expand our position as Germany's leading

founder and Co-CEO of Interhyp AG, and adds: "As a proof, in the last quarter we
expanded our market share in new residential mortgages in Germany to 3.86
percent."
