Webtech Wireless - Brazilian Appeal Accepted

(TSX: WEW), a leading provider of GPS fleet management solutions, announces a judgement was issued by a Brazilian Court of Appeal in a lawsuit originally brought in 2008 by a former distributor, Crown Telecom ("Crown"). In the decision, the Court (i) held in favour of Webtech Wireless' appeal; (ii) overturned the lower court's judgment against Webtech Wireless; and (iii) rejected Crown's appeal and dismissed their claim in its entirety. The Brazilian Court of Appeal's decision was unanimous.
When available, the Company will review the Court's written decision with its Brazilian legal counsel and will provide further details on the decision if necessary.
