BIOX Management Changes: CFO Christopher Clinning Appointed CEO

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/14/15 -- BIOX Corporation (BIOX) (TSX: BX), a renewable energy company, today announced that CFO Christopher Clinning has been appointed CEO effective May 15th, 2015, replacing Kevin Norton who is leaving the Company to pursue other interests.

Kevin Golding, Chairman of BIOX's Board of Directors said, "We would like to thank Kevin Norton for his many valuable contributions to the Company over the past 15 years as a co-founder and leader of BIOX, and wish him well in his future endeavours. The appointment of Chris as CEO is a result of our confidence in his ability to lead the Company going forward."
