Oban Mining Files Technical Report for the Miller Project
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/14/15 -- Oban Mining Corporation (TSX: OBM) ("Oban" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed on SEDAR an independent technical report titled "Independent Technical Report: Miller Gold Property, Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canada", in respect of the Company's Miller Project (the "Technical Report"). The Technical Report was authored by Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc., and has an effective date of March 29, 2015. As detailed in the Company's press release February 23, 2015, the Company entered into an option agreement with Northstar Gold Corp. dated February 22, 2015 (the "Option Agreement"), pursuant to which the Company was granted an option to acquire up to a 70% interest in the Miller Project.
