AirBoss Announces Election of Directors and Approval of Omnibus Plan

(TSX: BOS) (the "Company" or "AirBoss"), announced today that the nominees listed in the 2015 Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular of the Company (the "Circular") were elected as directors of AirBoss. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the 2015 Annual General and Special Meeting earlier today in Newmarket, Ontario (the "Meeting") are set out below.
AirBoss also announced today that the 2015 Omnibus Incentive Plan described in the Circular was approved by shareholders at the Meeting. Final voting results on all matters voted on at the Meeting will be filed on SEDAR ().
