Silicon Legal Strategy Welcomes Former Fenwick Attorney Katrin Robb, Continues to Expand
(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/15/15 -- Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that Katrin Robb has joined the firm as a senior associate in its San Francisco office. This marks the fifth attorney hire for Silicon Legal since last fall.
Katrin brings her extensive expertise in advising technology startups, entrepreneurs and venture capital funds in venture capital financings and M&A transactions to the rapidly-growing team at SLS. She provides SLS clients with day-to-day counseling across the range of corporate, securities and transactional matters facing emerging growth companies.
Before joining Silicon Legal, Katrin practiced at the Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices of Fenwick & West LLP, where she advised dozens of emerging technology companies and investors in connection with venture capital financings, M&A transactions and corporate governance matters. At Fenwick, Katrin represented clients backed by top VCs like Benchmark Capital and DAG Ventures. She also represented several elite investors, including NEA, Accel Partners, Redpoint and TPG.
Katrin joins a handful of top flight recent hires for Silicon Legal:
Brian Schlinkert, who joined Silicon Legal from Cooley, LLP.
Heidi Walas, who came to SLS from Carr & Ferrell, LLP.
P. Charu Satia, who worked as an attorney at Inventus Law, eBay and Townsend and Townsend and Crew.
Alexandra Frumar, who previously served as corporate counsel at AppDirect, Inc.
