After serving on the Board of Directors since 2006, Peter Thiersch chose not to run for re-election. Hinterland would like to thank Mr. Thiersch for his contributions to the Company over the years.
Subsequent to the Annual and Special Meeting, the Board of Directors re-appointed the following people as Officers of the Corporation until the next general meeting:
