Painted Pony Announces Director Election Results from 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholder
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/15/15 -- Painted Pony Petroleum Ltd. ("Painted Pony" or the "Corporation") (TSX: PPY) is pleased to announce the director election results from the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 14, 2015 (the "Meeting"). Shareholders elected each of the nominees proposed by management as set forth in the information circular of the Corporation dated April 9, 2015. The results of the voting on the election of directors is set forth below.
Each of the directors elected at the Meeting will hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation. Painted Pony is pleased to welcome the two new directors, David W. Cornhill and Lynn Kis. After eight years of dedicated service as a director, Mr. Allan Ashton has retired from Painted Pony's Board. Mr. Patrick Ward said, "On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Executive team, I would like to thank Mr. Ashton for being a valuable and contributing member of Painted Pony's board since April 2007."
