PDC Provides Corporate Update
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/15/15 -- PDC Biological Health Group Corporation (CSE: PHG) ("PDC" or the "Company") announces that the Company has defaulted in its obligations to one of its shareholders pursuant to the Security Agreement. According to the Loan Agreement between PDC and the shareholder, the shareholder has the right to accelerate PDC's obligation to repay the entire unpaid principal plus interest immediately and to take legal actions to enforce compliance with the Security Agreement. The Company is evaluating its options with respect to the enforcement.
