NOVA Chemicals Announces H.E. Suhail Al Mazrouei as New Board Member and
Chairman
Calgary, Alberta (May 18, 2015) - NOVA Chemicals Corporation (NOVA Chemicals)
today announced the appointment of His Excellency Suhail Mohamed Faraj Al
Mazrouei, Managing Director of International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC)
to its Board of Directors and the position of Chairman of the Board of
Directors. H.E. Al Mazrouei replaces His Excellency Khadem Al Qubaisi who
recently resigned from the Board of Directors. Among other leadership roles,
H.E. Al Mazrouei is also UAE Energy Minister and the Chairman of several other
UAE and international companies.
