Red Dot Storage Acquires New Property in Illinois
New Gurnee Property Takes Total Number of Red Dot Locations to 23
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/19/15 -- Colorado-based Red Dot Storage () announced today that is has completed its acquisition of the Gurnee, IL-based Safe Self Storage located at 1797 N. Delany Road in Gurnee, IL. The new facility boasts 55,000 square feet of storage space, including 475 units, with both climate and non-climate controlled options. Red Dot Storage will be upgrading the property with a variety of enhanced security and access control features as well as a 24-hour automated rental center, a new gate system, upgraded pavement and upgraded lighting.
The Safe Self Storage acquisition brings the total number of Red Dot Storage properties in Illinois and Wisconsin to 23.
