Black Diamond Group Limited Announces May Dividend
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/19/15 -- Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") (TSX: BDI), a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today declared a dividend of $0.08 per share to be paid on June 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on May 29, 2015. The ex-dividend date is May 27, 2015. This dividend is an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes.
