IR Prognosis Receives Certification on Microsoft SDN API 2.1.1

IR Prognosis for Unified Communications is amongst the first Unified Communications (UC) performance management solutions that have this certification and deliver real-time insight into Lync and Skype for Business interactions, demonstrating dedication to ensuring an optimal experience for users of Skype for Business (formerly known as Lync).
The Software Defined Networking (SDN) API plays a critical part in experience management by automatically providing data such as Quality of Service (QoS), Quality of Experience (QoE) and diagnostics across Microsoft Skype for Business deployments. Prognosis gives IT operation teams the confidence that they can meet tough user demands by managing their experience using a fully tested and compliant solution.
Delivering an excellent customer experience was also the top concern of UC professionals deploying Skype for Business according to a recent survey by IR. With this latest SDN API, operation teams using Prognosis will be empowered to proactively troubleshoot interaction quality issues in real-time while a call is still active and take remedial action immediately.
