HC2 Holdings, Inc. to Hold Conference Call

(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 05/20/15 -- HC2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT: HCHC) will hold an informational conference call at 12:30 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, May 22, 2015. While this call is scheduled primarily for our bondholders as required by our bond indenture, the call will be open to all interested parties. HC2 plans to initiate quarterly earnings calls beginning in the second quarter of 2015 in conjunction with our earnings release.

The conference call will be broadcast live and can be accessed by dialing 1.866.395.3893 (domestic) or 1.678.509.7540 (international) and entering passcode 51111089. Interested parties should call at least ten (10) minutes prior to the call to register.

A telephonic replay of the call will be available through midnight May 27, 2015 by dialing 1.855.859.2056 (domestic) or 1.404.537.3406 (international) and entering passcode 51111089.
