Newman Student Housing Fund Hires Student Housing Pros Grand Campus Living for Management of Their Newman Hall Assets

St. Thomas Aquinas is a 92-unit, 278-bed project located on the campus of Texas A & M University - Kingsville featuring one, two and four bedroom units. Frasatti Hall is a 74-unit, 204-bed, 2-story student community featuring one, two and four bedroom units, located right across the street from the University of North Florida.
