KingSett Real Estate Growth LP No. 5 Acquires Trust Units of InnVest REIT
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/21/15 -- KingSett Real Estate Growth LP No. 5 ("KSLP5") announced today that it acquired 413,460 trust units ("Units") of InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust, representing approximately 0.34% of the outstanding Units, at a price of $5.45 per Unit for an aggregate purchase price of $2,253,357. The Units were acquired pursuant to open market purchases through the facilities of the Aequitas NEO Exchange. After giving effect to the transaction, KSLP5 has control and direction over a total of 21,673,431 Units, representing approximately 17.7% of the outstanding Units. The Units were acquired in the ordinary course of business, for investment purposes only.
