Omnicare Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
CINCINNATI, May 21, 2015 - Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR) (the "Company") today
announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of
$0.22 per share on the Company's common stock, to be paid on June 30, 2015, to
all stockholders of record on June 12, 2015.
