West High Yield Releases Financial Results
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/22/15 -- West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: WHY) ("West High Yield" or the "Company") announces the release of its financial results and Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the three months ended March 31, 2015. The unaudited interim condensed financial statements and related MD&A for the three months ended March 31, 2015 have been filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities on SEDAR at .
The Company also advises that on April 30, 2015 it completed a private placement of 1,286,000 Units at a price of $0.25 per Unit for gross proceeds of $321,500. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrants and ten common share purchase warrants are eligible to purchase one common share of the Company at $0.40 per share for one year. Finders fees of $32,150 were paid with respect to the private placement.
