(NASDAQ: AXTI), a leading manufacturer of compound semiconductor substrates, today announced that Morris Young, chief executive officer and Gary Fischer, chief financial officer, will participate in the D.A. Davidson 7th Annual Technology Forum at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. AXT will participate in the one-on-one track which is a major track in the conference.
AXT designs, develops, manufactures and distributes high-performance compound and single element semiconductor substrates comprising gallium arsenide (GaAs), indium phosphide (InP) and germanium (Ge) through its manufacturing facilities in Beijing, China.
