Osisko Announces Record Date for Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/26/15 -- Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd (TSX: OR) ("Osisko" or the "Corporation") announces that it will hold its 2015 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") at 10:00 am (eastern daylight time) on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel (Hochelaga 3 room) located at 900 Rene-Levesque Boulevard West, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The record date for determining the holders of the Corporation's common shares entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting is Tuesday, May 26, 2015.
