Partnership Further Establishes Kingsdale as the Preeminent North American Governance and Strategic Shareholder Advisory Firm

("ISS"). Under the terms of the Partnership, clients of Kingsdale in the United States will be able to leverage ICS executive compensation analytics and custom advisory services, redefining the caliber of service offered in the proxy solicitation and strategic shareholder advisory services space.
