(TSX: FRX)(OTCQB: FENCF) today announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated April 23, 2015 (the "Circular") for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of the Company at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held in Durham, North Carolina on May 28, 2015 (the "Meeting").
