DNO ASA: Contemplated Bond Issue

Oslo, 29 May 2015 - DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, is
contemplating the issuance of USD 400-500 million of new, five-year senior
unsecured bonds. The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue would be used
to refinance existing bonds, fund field development costs or for other general
corporate purposes.
ABG Sundal Collier, DNB Markets, Fearnley Securities and Pareto Securities are
engaged as joint lead managers and bookrunners for the contemplated bond issue.
