Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Teija Sarajärvi to resign

Teija Sarajärvi, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, has requested
resignation from OP Financial Group and membership of the Executive Board by 1
October 2015 to join Huhtamäki Oyj to act as Senior Vice President, Human
Resources, and member of the Group Executive Team. Mrs Sarajärvi has been in the
Group's employ since 2012.
- Working in the financial sector under transformation has been extremely
interesting and I have been highly motivated to be involved in building and
developing business-driven HR services and processes at OP Financial Group. I am
excited by the new type of challenges presented by a global, different
environment when taking up my duties at Huhtamäki.
