EVRY is making changes to its Executive Management Team

(Oslo, 1 June 2015) EVRY has appointed a new CFO and four new Executive Vice
Presidents for its Global Sourcing, Operations and Norway business areas, and
for HR.

We need to make some structural changes to strengthen our interface with
customers if we are to achieve this ambition, and we also need to bring in new
expertise to our management team. I strongly believe that the new team

Henrik Schibler is appointed as new CFO. Schibler is currently CFO at ISS
Norway. Schibler take on his new position by latest September 1.
Fredrik Almén has been appointed Executive Vice President of the Global Sourcing
business area. He is joining EVRY from his position as Vice President at CGI
Sweden, where he is also a member of the management team. Fredrik Almén will
take up his new position on 1 November.
Morten Søgård, who is currently Executive Vice President of Corporate
Development at EVRY, has been appointed Executive Vice President of Nordic
Operations, with effect from 1 June. He will also continue to be in charge of
Corporate Development.
Trond Vinje has been appointed Executive Vice President of Human Resources. He
is joining EVRY from his position as HR Director at CGI Norway. Trond Vinje will
take up his new position on 17 August.
Kolbjørn Haarr has been appointed Executive Vice President of EVRY Norway. He is
joining EVRY from his position as Managing Director of Tieto Norway. He was also
a member of Tieto's executive management team and headed up the Telecom, Media
and Energy section. He will take up his new position on 1 January 2016, with CEO
Björn Ivroth heading up EVRY Norway until this point.
The executive management team will also include Niclas Ekblad and Wiljar Nesse,
who will remain the Executive Vice Presidents of EVRY Sweden and EVRY Financial
Services respectively.
Knut Røsjorde will stay on at the company until the new CFO takes up his
position. "I have been part of what has been an exciting period at EVRY due to
the sale of the company, the re-financing and the implementation of major
structural moves. In my remaining time at EVRY I will be bringing ongoing
projects related to the change of ownership and the restructuring work to a
close in order to ensure the company is prepared for the next phase", comments
