Notification of a change in shareholding according to Securities Markets Act 2:9
Tekla Corporation has received the following notification: Ilmarinen Mutual
Pension Insurance Company's holdings in Tekla Corporation have increased over
the 5% threshold on August 13, 2010.
According to the notification, Ilmarinen's holdings are in total 1,403,625
shares, which represent 6.21% of Tekla´s shares and voting rights.
The stock of Tekla Corporation comprises a total of 22,586,200 shares.
