cab at LASER World of PHOTONICS: Marking lasers, aligned to needs and application
cab, German manufacturer of product marking systems, at LASER World of PHOTONICS (hall A2, booth 129) presents laser systems for marking components and work pieces. Taking place from June 22nd to 25th in Munich, Germany. The focus is on the new FL+ fiber laser with 50 Watt maximum output power.
(firmenpresse) - In laser marking diode-pumped FL+ fiber lasers ensure high beam quality. On multiple request cab besides proven 10 Watt, 20 Watt and 30 Watt machines also provides a 50 Watt output power FL+ system. All lasers may be combined with various plano-spherical lenses of different resolutions and different marking areas.
The tools of the FL+ series possess enhanced interfaces that help integrate the system in production lines with even highest-demanding requirements on signal and data exchange. There are available intelligent solutions for the communication with process control, MES and ERP systems. As regards the control unit, the FL+ series in addition to the standard 19 inch rack is also provided with tower housing. Control unit and laser beam source are, like computers, compactly integrated in a joint table housing.
Multiple possibilities for marking metal or plastic materials
With the LM+160 label marker labels of different sizes can be marked precisely and directly from rolls. There are no additional tools needed for cutting.
What is further presented at cab booth in hall A2 are the LSG+65 and LSG+100 laser marking systems: The professional solutions for easily and quickly marking single work pieces and small series up to larger items according to laser safety class 1. The THS Basic+ marking system specifically has been designed for marking flat work pieces in semi-automatic mode – preferably type plates of metal or plastics.
