Northern Frontier Corp. Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/04/15 -- Northern Frontier Corp. (TSX VENTURE: FFF) (the "Corporation") held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on June 3, 2015.
All nominees proposed as directors were duly elected as directors of the Corporation by a majority of votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting as follows:
At the meeting, the shareholders also approved the Corporation's amended and restated stock option plan and shareholder rights plan.
