BroadSoft Issues Correction to Press Release Announcing Acquisition of mPortal

In the press release, the expected revenue contribution from the acquisition was reported as approximately $7 to $8 million in incremental revenue in 2015. This amount reflected mPortal's expected full year 2015 revenue. The correct statement is as follows:
The acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $4 million in incremental revenue to BroadSoft for the remainder of 2015.
