West High Yield Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/04/15 -- West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: WHY) ("West High Yield" or the "Company") announces a non-brokered Private Placement of up to $315,000 of Units. Each Unit is priced at $0.35 and consists of one (1) Common Share ("Common Share") and 1/10 of one (1) Common Share Purchase Warrant ("Warrant"). Ten full Warrants will entitle the holder to purchase one (1) Common Share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.55 for a period of one year from the date of issue. The Private Placement is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital. Closing is anticipated to take place on or before July 3, 2015.
The Company would also like to correct its previous press release of April 29, 2015 and advise that Finders fees of $7,300 were paid on its previous private placement.
