Sobi Board of Directors terminates discussions regarding non-binding proposal

On 27 April 2015 the Board of Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) (Sobi)
confirmed that it had received a preliminary and conditional non-binding
proposal in relation to a possible offer for all shares issued by the company.
The Board of Directors of Sobi has terminated discussions regarding this
proposal. Sobi will continue to focus on preparations for the upcoming planned
launch of Elocta and Alprolix and on building value through its diverse and
growing portfolio.
