Wolters Kluwer Announces Antonin Faury as Vice President of Business Development and M&A for Legal & Regulatory Solutions

(June 8, 2015) - Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Solutions has appointed
Antonin Faury Vice President of Business Development and M&A. In this position,
Mr. Faury will support Wolters Kluwer's strategy in serving legal and compliance
professionals and lead the division's portfolio management activities globally.
A seasoned professional with over 17 years' experience, Mr. Faury joins Wolters
Kluwer from Henry Schein, where he served as Director of Corporate Business
Development and led business expansion through a series of acquisitions and
partnerships. Earlier in his career, he also held leadership positions at CA
Technologies as Director of Corporate Development; at Lehman Brothers in its
Investment Banking Division; and as a consultant for both Deloitte Consulting
and KPMG Peat Marwick.
