Strategic review process
In its Interim Report January - June 2010 released today ISS Holding A/S
announces that it has decided together with its shareholders (funds controlled
or advised by EQT and Goldman Sachs Capital Partners) to initiate a strategic
review process.
Changes in the Board of Directors of ISS
Casper von Koskull and Markus Brennecke step down as members of the Board of
Directors of ISS Equity A/S, ISS Holding A/S and ISS A/S on 25 August 2010.
