Business Development Team Expanded to Support Growth in Incentives, Events Management and Growing Demand for Employee Engagement Platform

April Mescher and Richelle Taylor join MotivAction as Directors of Business Development based out of Dayton, Ohio.

Both women bring than 18 years of experience in employee engagement, incentives and travel operations management working with some of the world's most admired brands.
Prior to joining MotivAction April was at Aimia, a loyalty-marketing firm. The majority of her experience comes from her years at Excellence in Motivation, a Dayton-based performance-improvement company, where she developed expertise in consumer-packaged goods, automotive and financial services sectors. Her ability to understand technology, deliver strategic program recommendations and creative communications strategies helps her clients realize improved sales and increased participant engagement.
Richelle brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience to MotivAction. Having spent the last four years as the Director of Marketing, US Region for Aimia Inc., she worked closely with business development to define the U.S. marketing strategy for B2B/Consumer technology platforms, travel programs, and integrated services. Previously, Richelle held multiple roles at Excellence in Motivation. Among which she was Director of Product Marketing, defining the go-to-market and sales strategy for the company's Employee Engagement and Channel Sales products. She began her career at Landry & Kling, Inc., the first incentive company to specialize in meetings and corporate charters at sea.
