The designation by the supervisory board of BinckBank of Mr. Vincent Germyns
(1973) as Chairman of the Board is final from today. The designation was subject
to regulatory approval which has been received today.
The board of BinckBank currently consists of Messrs. Vincent Germyns (CEO) and
Evert Kooistra (CFRO). The board will be extended with a Chief Operations
Officer (COO). This function is expected to be fulfilled in the second half of
2015.
