(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/12/15 -- Brompton Corp. (the "Company") has filed a statement of claim against Tuckamore Holdings LP and certain affiliates for approximately $4.1 million in respect of an indemnity related to the previously disclosed notices of reassessment that the Company received from the Canada Revenue Agency ("CRA") for taxation years ending in 2010 to 2014. The notices of reassessment remain in dispute with CRA.
