Bri-Chem Announces Results of 2015 Annual General Meeting

("Bri-Chem" or "Company") (TSX: BRY), a leading North American wholesale distributor and manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids is pleased to announce that all the nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated May 12, 2015 were elected as directors of the Company at its annual general meeting held on June 11, 2015.
The detailed results of the vote for the election of the directors are set out below:
In addition, the appointment of Deloitte LLP, Chartered Accountants as the Company's independent auditors was approved along with fixing the number of directors of the Company at four and approval of all unallocated stock options under the Company's Stock Option Plan until June 11, 2018.
