Morumbi Resources Announces Stock Option Grant
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/12/15 -- Morumbi Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MOC) ("Morumbi" or the "Company") announced that, in accordance with its stock option plan, the board of directors of the Company approved the grant of an aggregate of an aggregate of 1,955,000 incentive stock options to various directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The options are exercisable on or before June 15, 2020 at an exercise price of $0.05 per share and vest immediately. The granting of the options are subject to regulatory acceptance of applicable filings.
