Zaandam, the Netherlands, June 15, 2015 - Ahold has repurchased 860,621 Ahold
common shares in the period from June 8, 2015 up to and including June
12, 2015. The shares were repurchased at an average price of ? 18.2756 per share
for a total consideration of ? 15.73 million. These repurchases were made as
part of the ? 500 million share buyback program announced on February 26, 2015.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 8,160,261
common shares for a total consideration of ? 149.60 million.
