As previously announced, WiFi Wireless, Inc. is working with several California cities in addition to the CityLinkLA project (formerly known as LACBN). Issue of the formal RFP for this Los Angeles mega project to participants is expected this month. On Tuesday June 9, the information and technology committee made their presentation to the city council and estimated the project to be between 3 and 5 billion dollars, a favorable vote was passed to issues the RFP to participants.
