National Exempt Market Association (NEMA) Launches E&O Program
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/15/15 -- Due to member demand, NEMA has developed an exempt market industry E&O program so that if Advisors are faced with litigation, they are not alone. The world of financial services is unfortunately becoming more litigious, and Advisors need to protect what they have built with best practises, and insurance.
NEMA's group E&O program is now active (through BFL and Zurich), there is a $10,000 deductible and the rates are:
$1000 for 1 million
$1300 for 2 million
Prior acts are covered (if they have kept continuous) coverage as well as coverage for regulatory investigation coverage. If dual licensed, the policy covers professional services / activities rendered under Life, A&S, IIROC and MFDA licenses. For other plan highlights, click here.
