Customers Can Install, Upgrade and Expand IP PBX Equipment With Assurance of Compatibility With WOW! Business' SIP Trunking Services

The WOW! Business certification program is designed to document that IP PBX equipment is fully compatible with WOW! Business SIP Trunking services, including upgrades and additions that may be applied to the IP PBX in the future. Certification is complete in the Midwest markets (Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana) with Southeast markets (Kansas, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama) to be completed in the third quarter, 2015.

Business can provision as few as five and up to several hundred communications paths. What's more, the WOW! SIP service provides a fail-over option to re-route call traffic to help ensure delivery of critical calls.
With enhanced "burstable" SIP services, WOW! Business customers can accommodate traffic that occasionally exceeds defined trunking limits. WOW! Business now offers a 75 call path plan that can burst to 100, and a 100 call path plan that can burst to 150. This allows customers to set up their most economical service plans while being able to accommodate occasional traffic peaks rather than provisioning larger capacity that remains unused most of the time.
