VMS Ventures Inc. Sells a Portion of Share Holdings in North American Nickel Inc.
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/17/15 -- VMS Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VMS) ("VMS Ventures" or the "Company") announces it has sold 11,904,762 common shares of North American Nickel Inc. ("NAN") through a private transaction to Sentient Global Resources Fund IV L.P, at a price of $0.21 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,500,000.02. The Company also announces the exercise of 4,505,572 common share purchase warrants of NAN at $0.21 per share.
VMS Ventures will remain a significant shareholder of NAN and on the completion of the above transactions will hold approximately 16.9% of the outstanding common shares of NAN.
