Christophorus Reisen opts for Pacific and Emerald by ISO
(PresseBox) - Christophorus Reisen has signed a contract for implementing the solutions Pacific and Emerald by ISO Travel Solutions.
The family-owned company Christophorus Reisen is one of leading specialist providers in the Austrian market, doing not only incoming and outgoing tour operator business but operating its own travel agencies as well. The company based in Mayrhofen in the Zillertal, Tyrol, will further boost its business using the tour operator software Pacific and the CRM system Emerald, both from ISO Travel Solutions.
The project scope includes the implementation of the Pacific bus and group travel module as well as connecting the Christophorus travel agencies. Consolidating all business units is the overall goal. With Pacific, Christophorus can make one system available to all employees. Whether outgoing operator, incoming organizer or travel agency ? all corporate branches will now use the same system. This makes not only the daily work simpler, but also internal accounting, which is particularly important to Christophorus.
Until now, the medium-sized companies operated various systems; these are now being replaced by ISO?s reservation system. The core system Pacific will be used in two ways: together with an Amadeus flight connection system for purchasing and, by interfacing with Cets and Thoma, as a sales system. The implementation is completed by the CRM system Emerald, which is going to support marketing and customer communications.
