True Gold Grants Incentive Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/19/15 -- True Gold Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TGM) ("True Gold" or the "Company") announces that it has granted incentive stock options to its directors and certain key employees and consultants, exercisable to purchase up to 6,865,000 common shares in the capital of the Company until June 19, 2020, at an exercise prices of $0.23 per share. The incentive stock options were granted in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan and shall vest as to 1/3 on each of the first, second and third anniversaries.
