Beedie Investments Ltd. Files Early Warning Report
(firmenpresse) - BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/24/15 -- Beedie Investments Ltd. ("Beedie") announces that it acquired on June 24, 2015 ownership and control of 4,626,542 common shares (the "Shares") of Atlantic Gold Corporation ("Atlantic"), representing approximately 4.07% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Atlantic, by way of market transfer over the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) at a Canadian dollar price of $0.265 per Share.
The aggregate number of common shares of Atlantic which are owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by Beedie immediately after the transaction was 14,887,382 shares, which represents 13.11% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Atlantic.
Beedie is wholly owned by Mr. Ryan Beedie.
Beedie acquired the Shares for investment purposes, and it intends to evaluate its investment in Atlantic and to increase or decrease its securityholdings as it may determine for investment purposes.
