(TSX VENTURE: KNE), a biotechnology company engaged in the development and commercialization of products that prevent and remove microbial biofilms is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held on June 22, 2015 (the "Meeting"), the following individuals have been elected to the board of directors; Philip Renaud (Chairman), Dr. Arvind Joshi, Mark Nawacki, Dr. Sarah Prichard and Mark Ahrens-Townsend. Each Director is to serve for a term of one year or until their successors are elected or appointed.
