Accelerated IVALIS growth in Brazil
IVALIS, European leader in inventory management services, has just finalized the
agreement to finance its growth in Brazil.
This ?3 million in financing will ensure the group can continue to make long-
term investments in this country to hold a leading position and meet the demand
of its customers who want to see IVALIS support their own expansion, including
Leroy Merlin, C&A and Marisa.
Financing is provided by the two principal IVALIS shareholders, BPI France and a
pool of international banks that are IVALIS partners.
This financing will allow IVALIS to deploy its latest-generation equipment and
software in Brazil, giving it a competitive edge in the market, and the ability
to open agencies gradually beyond the two existing agencies in Sao Paulo and
Rio. The goal is to have 18 agencies to provide satisfactory coverage of the
country.
Currently positioned as a leader in Europe, its development in Brazil is a first
step for IVALIS in its commitment to establish itself in Latin America.
